The renter will receive the rented bicycle in good condition. The lessor will deliver the bike in good condition.
The bicycle must always be locked.
The renter will handle the rented bicycle with care. As a result, the renter is liable for damage to the rented bicycle and therefore the renter will be responsible for the repair costs as well as the necessary replacement of damaged parts.
It is not allowed to sit on 1 bicycle with 2 people at the same time. Of course 3 people for tandems.
Lost your bike key? No stress, can happen. we all sometimes lose something, but we charge € 15 for this.
BonBonBike is entitled to recover any damage from the deposit paid, as well as to recover the entire amount owed from the tenant.
For damage to third parties, as a tenant, you bear full legal liability.
Unfortunately you are not allowed on the beach by bike.
The bicycle is insured against theft. On the condition that you can hand over the bicycle key and that you have reported the theft (online) to the police.
In the event of theft, BonBonBike will charge an excess, namely €100 for city bicycles and children's bicycles and €500 for E-bikes and tandems and €2000 for an electric cargo bike.

The agreed rental period remains, even if the bike is returned earlier.
If the bicycle is returned later than the agreed rental period, BonBonBike will charge the full daily rate for each day late.
Our breakdown and road service is automatically included in the rental price. We offer this service within a 30 km radius of our garage.
If you have reserved a bicycle by phone, it will be available for you until 11:00, after which the reservation will expire. If you have reserved and paid online, the bicycle will of course remain available to you all day.
If you unexpectedly have to cancel your reserved bike, you can do so free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. You will then receive your money back.
